Let's see, I remember some names off the top: Epaphyrus N'geny, Enoch Mochache, Ellen Achoki, Ellen Riro, Ellen Njagi, Robert Kerosi (head boy), Deah (don't remember if he had a first name), Dorothy (head girl), Asenath Nyantika, Russel Kenya, Grace Luyeho,... and others - all special, and with stories. I'll eventually come up with the full list. I'm just now priming myself for this.

I should mention that Epaphyrus, better known as Papho, was dorm prefect. He also happened to be my first escort and tight buddy on campus. We hanged out umpteen times. He showed me all the ins and outs of that new environment when I first got there and helped me to really adjust.
Papho was a people person and in a very unassuming way knew who was who throughout the student community and beyond. Yeah, Papho!
On any given day, Papho could eat faster than I could, and that frustrated me sometimes, but we never had any speed eating competition.
